ACRYLIC ON PLASTIC? 10 PTS?
I have a multi-purpose paint sealer, do i do that first then paint acrylic, or paint then put the sealer?and is sanding nessecary

If you are going to paint on plastic, then scuff it up just a little before painting. Paint first then use a clear acrylic spray.Just to be on the safe side.Because it's best to use acrylic with acrylics and not mix the mediums.
Yes wait until it is thoroughly dry before using the clear. At least a day to dry then the clear.
