Does anyone know of an artist by the name of L. Raugh or Rauch. Painting could be up to 50 years old.?
I am not sure what the style of paining is, however, a pallette knife of some kind was used because the paint is thick and somewhat dimensional.
Closest I can come is an artist named Gerald Roach. He would be almost seventy by now and living in Nova Scotia. The style doesn't sound like him but he is absolutely brilliant!
