Tasty, easy, and classy wine party appetizers?
I'm searching for recipes to augment my frozen Trader Joe's appetizers for a wine party. I would love some suggestions or website resources.
We will serve a wide variety of wines from sparkling to big reds. I already plan on putting out a cheese tray and dry crackers for palette cleansing.
I am particularly interested in cold appetizers that can be prepped ahead of time. THANK YOU!
I really like Bruschetta. These can be prepped ahead of time and cooked right before serving.
You take sliced french bread and brush each piece with a combo of melted butter, olive oil, and minced garlic. Then, you garnish with diced tomatoes and add plenty of shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Broil in oven until cheese is fully melted.
