Permenamel Paint
I have Delta Permenamels I want to paint over white spray paint with a pencil outline for a guide. Is it OK?
I'm doing a project on metal shields painted over with white enamel spray paint. Do I need to use the Permenamel conditioner before I paint? Also can I paint over my graphite/pencil outline without fear of it bleeding through or causing any other problems in the future?

Pencils can be used with no problem, but only certain inks can be used. Some inks can be used. Test them prior to doing your actual design by brushing over a test piece with Gloss or Satin Glaze to check for smearing of the ink. This procedure is for decorative purposes only.
