can watercolor paint be used on polymer clay?
Okay so I made a polymer clay figurine for my mom for mothers day and I ran out of brown acrylic paint for the hair, can I use watercolor instead?If I can use it would I have to thin it in water or can I use it straight from the bottle?I know the paint needs to be water based but im not sure if the brand Daler Rowney is.
No, they will not stick. Polymer clay is a plastic, just like acrylics.
But you can buy the cheap craft acrylics for polymer clay. I have used them and they work fine.
